telc – European Language Certificates
At telc in Frankfurt / M. there may still occur longer delays in the evaluation of the tests!
The European Language Certificates are a system of language tests developed by the initiative of the European Commission. They are accepted throughout Europe and there are more than 40, partly vocational, examinations in 9 languages.
With a European language certificate (according to the frame of reference of the European Commission) you will document your current German level of knowledge with a worldwide recognized certificate, also in a professional field – an advantage for any application, maximizing your career opportunities.
We hold these examinations on all levels in cooperation with telc GmbH. Each exam consists of a written part (reading, writing and listening) and an oral exam (not including values and orientation knowledge).
The exams at level A2 and B1 do not include a “values and orientation part” and are therefore not considered an integration exam (“Integrationsprüfung”)!
We will be happy to prepare you for the exam and provide you with the necessary language and grammar knowledge.
Applications for examinations of A1 to C2 level must be received at least 30 days before the exam.
For late registrations we have to charge a surcharge (late registration possible up to 14 days before the examination date).
In urgent cases we can arrange an individual examination date (all levels, A1 – C2 ). Also in this case we need the registration at least 14 days before the examination date and a surcharge of Euro 90, – must be calculated.

- all registration deadlines are also the payment deadlines!
- the evaluation of the exams can currently take up to 8 weeks!
- inlingua Salzburg takes no responsibility if the telc exam is not recognized – please clarify this yourself beforehand!
